PLANNED & REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Service Agreement
We offer an ongoing annual service agreement that once in place will ensure that your
heating equipment is serviced regularly in line
with
gas safety regulations. In turn you can enjoy peace of mind that maintenance of your
heating equipment is kept up to date resulting in one less thing to remember each year. Servicing of
heating equipment will be ongoing
according to the schedule arranged until either party cancels the agreement which can be done at any time in writing.
Most
heating appliances only require one service to be completed annually, however, plant processors and/or larger equipment may require
additional maintenance. We will advise on the most suitable option for your equipment and offer our quotation accordingly.
Legislation/Aims of regular servicing
To comply with the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 and for the efficient/safe operation of your heating equipment which would also extend the working life of the heaters, it is recommended that they be serviced annually. Regular servicing prolongs the life of the equipment and upholds the manufacturer's warranty, ensuring the equipment is working safely with optimum efficiency.
Annual Servicing is completed outside the heating season between March and November ensuring minimum disruption to your business.
Interim Servicing in addition to the annual service is carried out between December and February.
Service costs are available on request and special packages can be tailored to suit your specific maintenance requirements.
We can provide
Gas Safety Certificates and also offer
gas pipe soundness testing.
